Today I got a call from a great friend that her girls were beginning to bounce off the walls she was taking them to the park all bundled up in their snow gear! Considering that Sammy was currently trying to get me to play baseball and hockey in the house I decided that burning off some energy might be a wise choice. So we braved the oh so chilly 30 degree weather (if only the wind would have stayed away) and let the kids run, jump, climb, fall, and explore for an hour or so while we snapped pix and chatted.

Can I just say that besides the numb ears it was a huge sucess....I got some Mom time and Sammy was zonked out in the car before we even got home...a Win Win!!
