Merry Christmas!!

We are hoping you all had a wonderful holiday! We certainly did! With the job loss worry gone from our minds, we could just focus on the holiday and the reason for it! We had an incredible couple of days! Christmas eve service was wonderful and we had a great time at Tims side of the family get together. Christmas morning was full of wonder for the kiddos and lots of family time together. and then later that afternoon we headed off to my moms. The only regret that we had was that we couldnt be with the rest of my side of the family as they all went to Dallas this year for the holidays and to celebrate my Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary! We so wished that we could have gone, but unfortunately used up all of our vacation time on another trip this year :-) hehehe

Today we have spent all day in our jammies, playing with christmas toys, reading new books, and playing TONS of board games together. We are a game family anyway and love the time right after christmas where we get to try out our new games. This evening is planned for a movie night with tons of popcorn and a blazing fire. Does it really get any better?

Sammy has been filled with excitement these last few days! He is just so excited with each and everyone of his new toys and cant seem to decide what to play with first. Today I organized the playroom and seperated the bins so that we could limit the choices a bit for him. It is amazing to me that a year ago, I was just so excited to see a glimmer of a smile in a picture, but now I see smiles everyday! He also is quite good at snuggling up to us and going "I wuv u mommy and daddy" TOO CUTE!

Personally I had quite a great Christmas myself with lots of fun gagets!! I was very very spoiled this year and my wonderful kiddos bought me a Flip! As soon as I figure out how to get it hooked up to the computer, I will have tons of cute clips to post! I LOVE IT! I also am very fond of my Keurig and my Garmin....Hehehe

Merry Christmas!!!

All in all we had an incredible holiday celebrating Jesus birth!! We are so grateful for all the blessings we have recieved this year and look forward to where God will lead us in 2010!!
