Look who was REALLY wanting some of that cake??? I love seeing such glimpses into his life! He really has no idea that his entire world is going to be turned upside down does he??
Then later that day another mom sent me this:

Guess who again??? Red shirt, blue pants. Watering the grass? with waterbottles with holes cut in the top! I am so excited he was outside with his buddies if only for a short while:-)
What a great reminder for me. No matter what the stress of the day is (and yesterday was a BAD day for me stressing!) no matter what doesnt get done, or what I forgot to pack or if my suitcases are over weight limits (just kidding Honey) At the end of this journey we will have another son! Finally after so many long months he will be home where he belongs!! God is SO good!!
I went to the bank today to change money for the new clean bills I had ordered about a month ago. (China wont accept bills that are creased, torn or marked) As the teller was counting out the money my stomach just totally flip flopped. I guess after all the arrangements and everything...it took exchanging the money for it to really sink in that we are going to be bringing home our son...our 4th child!! GULP! Ready or not here we come!!
Blessings
Amy
PS...It just amazes me that a such a large sum of $$ looks so small when it is all new and flat!

1 little notes from friends:
I'm so excited for you!!! (Don't remember if I commented on this - my sister and hubby have two girls from China, and I got to go on the second trip back in 2002. What a special time!!!)
I will be praying for you and checking the blog frequently. I'm glad I can vicariously live through another adoption via blogs like yours. It's so much fun! Again, I'm praying!
